Supervising the implementation work for the establishments through technical visits and ensuring compliance with the technical conditions and specifications and the plans approved by the concerned authorities.

The supervision of implementation includes the following :

- Supervising the various types of construction projects and infrastructure works.

- Study contract documents and work on preparing development for these documents.

- Study the plans, specifications, and complete documents of the works, direct the contractors, and give them full technical instructions to implement the works according to the technical rules.

- Monitor and follow up the contractor's employees and workers who are used by them in the implementation of the project and approve the technical equipment of the contractors.

- Follow-up of the work being implemented and received.

- Follow-up to the laboratory for examining materials.

- Writing detailed daily reports.
